Very nice and solid ranch style home with few steps. Bedroom count is 4 and location is great! The home is on a main street with easy access to amenities, plus the yard is super huge! Large 2 car attached garage, oversized. House is roomy and has a good flow to it. The roof is in great condition, and you only have to work about one utility bill, the electricity. Gas is available if you want it though. Easy access to shopping and this home will last you a long time...well kept. If you want any repairs, credits could be given if you want some upgrades.
